Hi like that he want to push himself to a great player…but great player are great because they have a natural talent and feel for the game and they play hard, work ethic, think different, more instinct, more charismatic….look a guy like john Salmon who came to the pretty average on the league…now after countless hours of hard work he finally made a name for himself he can average 18 plus ….but he will never be a great player he is a very good solid player….but my best advice for him….let your game speak, instead of talking….

Looked what he turned out to be. I hope Blair gets drafted number 16 by the bulls and then we will see what the haters say then.

jason maxiell is a wayyyyyyy better athlete than blair ever was. He has to develop alil jumpshot the way big baby has and he should be fine as a role player.

Having watched him for several hours… he’s Jason Maxiell… much more physical than Max… Bigger than Paul Millsap, but very similar to both
