Nuggets to sign Mays
Free agent forward James Mays will sign a contract with the Denver Nuggets on Monday, according to agent Justin Zanik. Mays averaged 10.7 ppg and 6.8 rpg with Clemson in his senior year and went undrafted last June.

James Mays loves the sport of basketball, and he works very hard. I think he should be given a chance based on his talent and dedication. He has a strong defense and he can handle the ball from all angle. He can work in the pink and he can bring the ball down court. He can rebound, he’s a well rounded player. Most importantly he has this personality that will make everyone want to know more about him. He’s an outstanding player.
