I saw Shannon get extended minutes when Lebron was hurt last year, I wouldn’t be surprised if he could be one of those guys who can average 10-12 PPG in limited minutes, Knows how to score and could be very effective in small doses

I really hope Shannon gets a fair shot in Charlotte. This guy has talent and showed it from time to time in Cleveland until they just made him ride the bench behind overpaid Larry Hughes. Chicago never gave him a shot for some pt either. I hope the bobcats bring out this kid’s talent because he can be an impact player

Another faux paus by Paxson. He will regret this more than Chandler and JR.

Average 10-12 PPG? He’ll have to learn how to dribble first.

When the McDonald All American game was held in DC. I saw Shannon, Lebron and CP3. Shannon held his own, with his length and strength he should see a lot of minutes.

Was a stud at Michigan State and looked to be effective in Cavs Summer League play. Like someone stated earlier I’m hoping Larry Brown can maximize Shannon Brown’s potential I see him taking Matt Carrolls minutes and will be effective backing up Jason Richardson.

UMMMM… if he takes matt carrolls minutes then were in real trouble because matt carroll is our only consistent shooter off the bench. Shannon Brown can make an impact though i believe, but lets face it. This guy is all athlete and the Bobcats have plenty of athletes. Our guards are a little thin though so i think he could earn some pt but in favor of Carroll?? thats a joke

    Cav’s season tick holder.
I arrive for Cav’s games 1 hour early and I’ve watched Shannon with my own 2 eyes shoot the ball for 2 years in pregame warm ups. And he has a good jump shot. Ferry and Brown have yet to develop anyone since being in Cleveland. And this year will prove Mike Brown and Ferry don’t know what the hell they are doing. When Lebron missed 6 games with his finger injury. Shannon was the only player on the team who could score. Then Lebron came back and Shannon never played again. The Cav’s have bad mouthed and labled Shannon a weak ball handler but it’s all false. Brown and Ferry both suck and Gilbert will figure it out one day soon.
    go Bobcats

Hah…gotta love those 10th man volume shooters who can’t hit at 40%. He’ll fit right in with Raymond Felton.

    Cav’s season ticket holder
Shannon will be an impact player for the Bobcats. He was horribly managed by Mike Brown and Danny Ferry. I arrive for Cav’s games 1 hour early and I’ve watched Shannon with my own 2 eyes for 2 years in pregame warm ups. And other than King James he’s the best player I’ve ever seen in a Cav’s uniform. Ferry and Brown are dumb and dumber in my opinion. And this year will prove Mike Brown and Ferry don’t know what the hell they are doing. Last season King James missed 6 games with a finger injury. And Shannon was the only player on the team who could create a shot and score off the dribble. Then King J returned and Shannon never played again. The Cavs have bad mouthed Shannon to our local media and labeled him a weak ball handler, but it’s not accurate. Good luck in Charlotte and score 30 on the Cav’s Oct 30th. I’ll be there watching.
