Hawks take a look at White
James White was indeed in Atlanta yesterday. The ultra-athletic 6-foot-7 swingman, who played last year with Fenerbahce of Turkey, worked out for the Hawks at the Philips Arena Thursday, agent Bill McCandless told HoopsHype. White, who averaged 6.8 ppg and 2.9 rpg in the Euroleague, has no plans to return to Turkey next season and is looking for a job in the NBA instead.
White, who had already worked out with Indiana and Toronto, will be back in Atlanta on Tuesday or Wednesday for another practice session, according to McCandless.

It’ sad that Hawks lost Childress for an Euroleague top team and answer to that with a normal low level euroleague player..
They have to improve in their market choices…
